I start with an image that I hope is familiar to you from our um exhibition and from the wonderful catalog which we all continually use um in the last five years itamp;#39;s the 18th century late 18th century watercolor of wam cross um which famously was first conserved by our fellow antiquary William steley in the 1720s um when he urged the society to pay for the placing of a wooden Bard to protect the cross from um passing traffic it was only one of um a handful still then surviving and of course in the 17th century we had lost the other crosses at cheapside and at Charing Cross eventually to be replaced by later Replacements um once more sty went back to the site uh a decade or so later and found that the Bard had been removed and it was at that point he got um someone local to build the brick plint under the cross or around the base of the Cross and replace the Ballard the cross is still with us today now with steps up to it um but with the added change that the statues that you s

There is no standard grading scale at UF. For general purposes, passing grades are A, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D- and S. Failing grades are E and U. However, note that C- is not a passing grade for General Education and the Writing Requirement.
The 12-day rule applies to individual students participating on athletic or scholastic teams. Consequently, a groups schedule that requires absence of more than 12 days should be adjusted so that no student is absent from campus more than 12 scholastic days.
Academic dismissal from the university denies registration privileges to students who have a grade point deficit of 15 or more in their UF course work. The students will be dismissed from the university and their advance registration(s) will be cancelled.
Applicants who are admitted typically have at least (and usually higher than) a 3.7 High School GPA. Recommended next steps: If denied at this level, we would recommend earning at least 30 transferable credits at a local state college or university.
