Im going to show you a quick demo, where Im going to stage rollout a user, and the user is going to move from a federated authentication model to a cloud authentication model. But before we look at the staged rollout, lets look at how the user would log into portal.office.com today. So, traditionally, the user would just sign into his portal. and would be redirected to his AD FS page in this case. He would complete authentication here and then get access to the application. Now, lets stage migrate this user. So, I would login as an admin through the Azure Portal and enable staged rollout. Today, I have three options for staged rollout.
