There could be a number of reasons. Check your margins, header/footer size and line spacing (text gets cut off if line spacing is set to a specific number of points and is smaller than text size.
To switch between showing and hiding field headers, on the Analyze or Options tab, in the Show group, click Field Headers.
Adjust the Header and Footer Height Click the Page Layout tab. Click the Margins button. Select Custom Margins. Enter a new height for the header or footer. Click OK.
