You can use flexbox to ensure that the footer is always at the bottom of the page. This is done by setting the giving the body element min-height: 100vh , display: flex and flex-direction: column .
The hidden attribute makes the invisible. You can specify either hidden (without value) or hidden=hidden. Both are valid.
Using Flexbox in CSS we can fix it very easily with following steps. First set the min-height of body to 100vh. Set the body display to flex display: flex; and flex-direction to column flex-direction: column; . Select footer element (of whatever you want to stick to bottom) and set top margin to auto margin-top: auto; .
Adjusting the Margin Size of an HTML Element With CSS You can remove this margin by setting the top and left margin to zero. Like the padding and border, the sizes of specific sides of the margin can be set using margin-left , margin-right , margin-top , and margin-bottom .
The min-height: 100% on the main content should do it and it should still work when you add more content.
The footer is anchored at the bottom of the page using CSS position: sticky property. Position: sticky keeps the footer visible while scrolling. This design provides consistent navigation and information placement throughout scrolling interactions.
If you want it fixed at the bottom you can use position: fixed; bottom: 0 in CSS, or other options like position: absolute - w3schools.com/css/csspositioning.asp. If you just want to check whether the footer is in fact the bottom of your content, you can use height: 100vh for your root component on the page.
