hi itamp;#39;s nick jervis from nickjervis.com if you found this video then youamp;#39;ve probably just spent a frustrating amount of time trying to stop getting your words in half which is one of the most infuriating things well i found you found the solution which i want to share with you um because it does make life a hell of a lot easier so iamp;#39;m going to shut powerpoint which is what you need to do too so save what youamp;#39;ve been doing donamp;#39;t lose your hard work shut powerpoint um let me save that because iamp;#39;m going to come back to that and then the search on your screen let me just drag this down so you can see what iamp;#39;m doing search for language preferences open your language preferences in office and then add a language here iamp;#39;ve already done this so i do it again add japanese um seems to be the way to do it as you see iamp;#39;ve already added it click add and then close that and it says you would need to restart office i didnamp;#39

Change the fill and line colour as for any other shape, then choose Edit Points from the right-mouse context menu. Select one of the straight segments and choose Delete Segment from the right-mouse context menu.
Select the shape you want to edit in your Microsoft 365 file. Then go to Picture Format tab on the ribbon Crop. Select the arrow under Crop to customize your shape. To resize the picture so the entire picture area is filled, select Crop Fill.
