hey everyone welcome to being classy my name is jessica and in this video i want to show you how to close a microsoft form survey or quiz so that way your form is no longer accepting responses all right so once you have your form whether itamp;#39;s the beginning of creating it or youamp;#39;re at the end of creating your form youamp;#39;ll notice if i go to responses this is not where iamp;#39;m going to find this setting so instead i need to navigate to the top right corner to the three little dots next to the send button click on the three little dots which will give you more form settings once iamp;#39;ve clicked on these three little dots navigate to where it says settings click on settings now youamp;#39;ll notice that the setting accept responses is clicked this is automatic when youamp;#39;re creating a form but if youamp;#39;ve already sent this out and the deadline has approached and you no longer want anyone to submit this form go ahead and click this accept response

Add it to your email campaign Id like to dispel a myth right off the bat. You cant put a functional quiz inside of an email, because emails dont support iframes. Whew, now that weve got that out of the way we can focus on how to get your quiz into your email campaign in a fluid and attractive way.
Open the quiz or form youd like to manage. Select More form settings Settings. If you limited Who can respond to this form to people from your organization, you can check the boxes below that setting to Record name and see who submitted each response, or limit responses to One response per person.
Record the email addresses from people who fill out your form. When someone takes your survey, they will be required to enter their email address before they submit the form. Important: Respondents must confirm their Google Account email address gets collected with their response.
To turn off submissions for a form or quiz, return to Settings and uncheck the Accept responses box. An empty text box will appear where you can enter a customized message to recipients.

Limiting Responses in Microsoft Forms simple process. When creating a new form, you can navigate to the Settings tab and enable the Limit to one response per person option. This will prevent users from submitting multiple responses to the form, ensuring that each person can only submit a single entry.
