Its possible the document layout is exceeding the printable area of the page. Most desktop printers cant print to the edge of the page. To find out what the limits are for the active printer, go to Page Setup and set all the margins to zero.
If you want to remove the date or the page name in the header or footer, change your browsers print settings. The setting menu may differ depending on your browser version. on the upper right side of the screen, select Print More settings Options and then deselect Headers and footers.
