To get rid of green comments in Google Docs, you can delete them individually by clicking on the comment box, then clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the comment, and selecting Delete. If you want to remove all comments at once, you can open the Comments sidebar by clicking on the Comments
To recover resolved comments in Google Docs, follow these steps: Step 1: Open the desired document. Step 2: Go to Comment History. Step 3: Click the filter drop-down. Step 4: Click on Resolved. Step 5: Click the search icon. Step 6: Type the desired keyword. Step 1: Open the Desired Document. Step 2: Go to the Comment History.
Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon. Under Delete, select Delete all comments in Document.
Only the user who commented that comment can delete that specific comment from Google Docs. Even the owner of the document if he/she has not commented that, they cannot delete that comment from the document in Google Docs.
Anyway, heres how to delete a comment in Google Docs. Beside the comment you want to delete, click the More options icon, which looks like three dots stacked vertically ( ⋮ ). Then click Delete. Youll need to click Delete one more time to confirm that you want to delete the comment.
Here is the procedure to do so in docHub: Open the PDF in docHub. Go to the Comment pane on the right. Click on the Options menu (the three dots). Choose Hide All Comments. If you cannot find this option, simply hit CTRL + SHIFT + 8 key.
On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. To open or close the comments panel, at the top right, click Show all comments . To hide, minimize, or expand comments next to your document, click View. Comments. Hide comments: Hides all comments and closes any open comments panel.
Open your document in Microsoft Word. Go to the Review tab at the top. In the Comments section, select the Show Markup dropdown menu. Uncheck the Comments option to hide all comments in your document.
