hello and just another quick tutorial this is going to be how to cut objects or texts from another shape so for example Iamp;#39;ve just got this text here first of all you need to go to type if itamp;#39;s font youamp;#39;re using and that you know you need to right click create outlines outlines and that will create the outlines on the shape and then you select them both you go to window make sure you have the Pathfinder tool selected and you can use this shape to exclude that changed the color of that so Iamp;#39;m just going to change it back like that for another object itamp;#39;s simply going to be quickly create your shape make sure itamp;#39;s above and then just simply do the same thing again and thatamp;#39;s how you do that thank you for watching goodbye

Select your text and then click Font on the Format menu. On the Font tab, do one or both of the following: Change the Font setting to a different font. Change the Size setting to a smaller size than what you have your line spacing set to.
Click anywhere in the table. In Table Tools click the [Layout] tab locate the Cell Size group and choose from of the following options: To fit the columns to the text (or page margins if cells are empty), click [AutoFit] select AutoFit Contents.
Click on the plot area of the chart. Click on the center right side of the plot area. Click on the outer edge of the whole chart to highlight it. Click on the Chart Tools menu and select the Format tab. Browse through the different chart styles and select the style that achieves the cropped look you need.
You can try adjusting the text wrapping by right-clicking on the cell and selecting Table Properties, then selecting the Text Wrapping tab. From there, you can choose the Wrap text option or adjust the Allow row to break across pages option to see if it solves the problem.

When you set the line spacing to Exactly and select a measurement that is equal to or less than the height of the font, underscore characters may not be displayed and characters that have an ascender, descender, or an umlaut may be cut off.
