in this video weamp;#39;re going to explore the middle percent in trying to find the cutoff values that go with that so this is a normal distribution just using z scores here for simplicity if you were using geogebra desmos or excel you have to enter in your actual mean and standard deviation to get the right values but here it just helps me place the lines and give you a model here just to show you so this one um one question i have was the middle 40 percent letamp;#39;s just kind of try to figure that out first um and so if i had the middle 40 percent i know i need to be 20 this way to the right and 20 to the left of this middle line here of the mean so iamp;#39;m just gonna draw in a line here um that is going to be pretty close but i donamp;#39;t know exactly letamp;#39;s be right about there and weamp;#39;ll weamp;#39;ll look at it in geogebra also so itamp;#39;s kind of about there but again itamp;#39;s not so precise i canamp;#39;t tell i need to use technology to help

The Anterior Cruciate Ligament-Return to Sport after Injury (ACL-RSI) scale was created to evaluate psychological readiness with regard to Return-to-Sport and has identified psychological aspects for which patients may need counseling, concurrent with the physical rehabilitation, to increase their chances of a
Management of ACL injuries can vary based on severity and the treating healthcare provider. Generally speaking, Grade 1 injuries are managed without surgery, Grade 2 injuries can be managed with or without surgery, and Grade 3 injuries with surgery. There are exceptions, but this is what is often observed.
The ACL - Return to Sport after Injury (ACL-RSI) scale, published in 2008 in Physical Therapy in Sport, was developed in order to measure athletes emotion, confidence, and risk appraisal when returning to sports after an ACL injury and/or reconstructive surgery.
The median scale value was 4.5 (lower quartile 3.0; higher quartile 7.0). Based on these quartiles, a score 4 was considered to be an injury of mild severity (grade I), a score between 4 and 7 was defined as moderately severe (grade II) and a score 7 displayed the most severe cases of ACL injuries (grade III).
Readiness for sport was based on criteria for the ACL-RSI scale score (low threshold, 56 points or greater; high threshold, 75 points or greater) and hop tests (90% or greater limb symmetry).
Grade one: The injury stretched your ACL enough to damage it, but its still in one piece and holding your knee bones together. Grade two: The injury stretched your ACL so much that it was partially torn and loosened. Grade three: A complete tear your ACL is in two pieces.
