heres a quick little video if you have an HP in our case Officejet printer and it says it needs a new cartridge so you open the front door and the cartridges dont appear and you have no idea what to do what I found out is theres a tiny little switch behind this little pin in here and if you flick it with your fingernail it comes back out and in a moment here comes the cartridges and thats what happens when a little spring behind that pin there is made from the cheapest component they can possibly find so just flick it like that with your fingernail or with a pen or something else a knife tip and hopefully thatll get your cartridge moving like it does
