hi welcome back to my channel in this video Im going to show you two ways of cutting these female header strips the 0.1 inch or 2.5 four millimeters spacing kind see Im building this little board for the 80 tiny 16 1 6 which Ill talk about in future videos but I need have the power here and all the stuff but I need two rows of headers of 10 10 pins each on each side so I have these standard 40 pin headers of course you can find and buy smaller kinds which are already made to size these 4 4 pins of course but these are more rare and more expensive usually and you just get a bunch of 100 of these they cost like five dollars you want to cut them now what cutting these is not trivial I have Ill show you two methods that Ive developed none of them maybe the best one your mileage may vary lets try it so first of all what I do is I take out the the pin beyond those that I need for instance in this case I need the champions so I take these needle nose pliers right the thinnest and longes
