Um the big provision in here that everybody uh most folks care about is the uh whats known as a Wayfair provision which allows for uh the state of this area and local governments to collect sales tax for out of state vendors that sell products and services in the Missouri. Additionally, there are a lot of provisions related to uh local tax policy and special taxing district reform as well. Um with that over to the governor and the bill sponsors. Alright.
