- Lonely Planet is one of the worlds premier travel publishers and online travel presence. Our end user use case for GenAI was really focused around how we can answer our customers call for more itineraries and experiences than what we offer in our current publishing product. So we were looking at how can we scale a product that our customers love so much? And thats where GenAI came in. I should note that everything that we put into our experiences and our itineraries leveraging generative AI comes from real people
