if wed like to make changes to a customer order such as a proposal an estimate or maybe a contract then we have two options the first option is to make changes to that original document and you can do this when a document is in a pending state or an approved state if we click make changes here it will indicate that any signatures that are collected on that document will be wiped off the document because youre now making changes and therefore its no longer legally binding you also have the option to remove access from the customers at this point or any recipient and then they will not be accessing the document in draft state so we will update this now we enter draft State and youll notice that your recipients do not have access now you can make any changes that you need to on this document youll notice we dont have any signatures on it anymore so now we can send it back to our customers once we have made those changes and require those signatures again and the customers can now go
