For eSignature, the available identity verification methods are: Phone Authentication: This method requires the recipient receive an SMS text message or answer a phone call to receive an authentication code. The recipient then enters the code in order to view their documents.
The document authentication is a process that is carried out in order to ensure that the information contained in the document is valid and authentic, i.e. it is a process that verifies that the document has not been modified and/or altered and is signed by an authorized representative.
Edit Identity Verification Configurations In eSignature Settings, select Identity Verification. Select Actions for the configuration you want to edit and select Edit. Update the information as necessary, and select Save.
In eSignature Settings, select Permission Profiles. Find the permission profile you want to edit or view. Note: You cannot edit the DS Admin, DS Sender, and DS Viewer permission profiles. Select Actions Edit next to the permission profile.
Start an envelope as usual, adding documents, recipients, and messages as described in send a document. In the recipients card, click CUSTOMIZE and select Add identity verification. Select Phone Authentication for the Identity Verification method.
Navigate to Account Management Security Settings. In the section titled 2-Step Verification, select No to enable it. Select Save. You have successfully disabled two-factor authentication for CLM.CM.
In eSignature Settings, select Identity Verification. Select Actions for the configuration you want to remove, and select Delete. Select Delete in the confirmation message.
