I get out of it boys poke my eye with my hair oh oh hey guys its Harrison here and today were gonna be talking about hair so when I initially started this video I turned on the camera turn on the microphone it was strictly going to be a hair tutorial on how I style my hair but then I thought I could go into some more detail and dive into something a little bit deeper because I still feel uncomfortable sometimes going to a barbershop and asking for a mens haircut Ive been socially transitioning for five years maybe and I still feel a little strange when going to a new barber shop so the thing that I feel uncomfortable about is going into a place for the first time so the way that I usually start going to new place is Ill look up like hair salons near me and Ill look up their reviews and Ill give them a call to see if they have any free appointments so this is where it gets a little tricky and I throw them up a bit so whenever I call a new place Im like hi Id like to book a hair

Here are some tips to dress well without wearing a chest binder. Use an undershirt and smart layering. Most folks find layering to be a comfortable way to hide or neutralize their chest without compression. Try a sports bra. Avoid wearing baggy clothing. Stick to darker colors and/or patterns. Think vertical.
Unsafe binding may lead to permanent deformation of the breasts, scarring, and lung constriction, and long-term binding may adversely affect the outcome of a future mastectomy.
Wearing a binder for extended periods can cause skin irritation, breathing problems, or back pain. It is also important for individuals to take off their binder before sleeping. Sleeping in a binder can be harmful to the body.
Even if youre symptoms arent severe, long-term use of a poorly fitted binder can lead to chest and back pain.If your binder is too small or too tight, it can: Restrict breathing. Irritate your skin. Break skin around the edges of the binder. Cause overheating. Bruise or fracture your ribs.
That said, even a dedicated binder is not without risk, and binding improperly or for too long can lead to chest and back pain, rib bruising and fractures, shortness of breath, overheating, and skin damage.
Dont wear binders for longer than 8-12 hours and do not sleep while wearing your binder. Its also crucial to schedule binder-breaks daily and make sure you arent binding every day. People who bind their breasts more frequently, such as every day, are more likely to experience negative side effects (2,4).
Give your body a break every 8-12 hours when possible, and do not sleep in your binder. Be sure to stretch your arms, shoulders, chest, and back immediately after removing your binder. It is also a good idea to take a few deep breaths and cough to clear out any fluid build-up in your lungs.

Compressing your chest too tightly or incorrectly can permanently damage small blood vessels. This can cause blood flow problems and increase the risk of developing blood clots. Over time, this can lead to inflamed ribs (costochondritis) and even a heart attack due to decreased blood flow to the heart.
Binding. Binding involves wrapping material tightly around the breasts to flatten them. It will not shrink breast tissue or prevent the breasts from growing, but binding can help the breasts look smaller and may make a person feel more comfortable. Talk to a doctor about the safest way to use a binder.
