This tutorial demonstrates how to use smart fields to auto-fill personalized information in a document. There are 4 types of smart fields: profile, team, custom, and real estate data import. Profile smart fields populate with user information when the document is opened. Team smart fields refer to company details. Custom smart fields can be added. Real estate data import includes property details. To populate a document with smart fields, select a template and click new. Team smart fields will populate if profile info is already entered.
