Use Sign Now's Smart Fields to send documents for signature to multiple recipients, pre-filled with data from a CSV file. Begin by creating a document template or selecting an existing one. Click "more" next to the template's name and choose Smart Fields. Select the "vacation request" form, then fill out the document and add Smart Fields such as employee names. Label the fields to match the column names in your spreadsheet. Add signature, date, and fillable fields, then save and close the document.
