To share a template or template link: Sign in to docHub.com. Click Templates in the left sidebar. Click ⁝ (vertical ellipsis) next to the template or template link youd like to share. Click Share. Type the email address of the person or the name of the team youd like to share with. Click Save.
You can create and modify custom fields from the Custom Fields view in your preferences. You can create custom versions of standard fields and save them for reuse on future documents. Define any combination of field properties, such as font type or size, or a validation setting.
Selecting Sender from the Signers menu will allow you to add Merge Fields (aka Custom Fields). Custom field data can be populated via API when the template is used in a signature request. You must also specify a case-sensitive Merge field label that you will use to reference the custom field in your API request.
How to create a template Sign in to docHub.com. Click Templates in the left sidebar. Click Create template in the top-right corner. Select the document(s) youd like to add to your template. Once youve added all your files, click Next. Add signer roles. Click Next.
To send a bulk request: Sign in to docHub.com. Click Bulk send in the left sidebar. Click Add template. Click the template youd like to use. Click Next. Click Download CSV template. Fill out the cells. When youre done, go back to Dropbox Sign and click Upload CSV.
Auto-filled fields makes the signing experience easier and faster for your signers. This feature pulls information from your signers, provided from either their own Dropbox Sign profile or from the name and email address entered in by the requester, and populates the information into the corresponding fields.
How to create a template Sign in to docHub.com. Click Templates in the left sidebar. Click Create template in the upper-right corner. Select the document(s) youd like to add to your template. Once youve added all your files, click Next. Add signer roles. Click Next.
Forwarding a signature request email is not supported by Dropbox Sign. You should always send a signature request directly to the signers email address. If you sent a request to the wrong person, cancel the request and send a new one.
How to share a signed document Sign in to docHub.com. Click Documents in the left sidebar. Hover over ⁝ (vertical ellipsis) next to the document youd like to share. Click Share copy of document. Type the email address of the person (or people) youd like to share with. Click Send it now.
