A digital ID is necessary for this process, containing information such as name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign documents. Follow the steps to add or create a digital ID by going to the edit menu, choosing preferences, selecting signatures, and adding a new ID. If you already have a digital ID, you can add it by selecting the option to add the digital ID file.
