Open Chrome. At the bottom right of a New Tab page, click Customize Chrome . Under Shortcuts, select My shortcuts or Most visited sites. To hide shortcuts, turn off Show shortcuts.
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, saved login information can become corrupted, preventing autofill from working properly. Go to your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies. Try using a different browser to see if autofill works there.
