To combine multiple PDFs into one PDF document on your Mac, locate the PDFs you want to combine, open them all, then select all by going to Edit and selecting all. To combine them, go to File, then Print, and select the option that says PDF, then save as PDF. A new toolbar will open, where you can choose the name and location to save it. Click Save, and all pages will be processed and combined into one new PDF.

Save a document as a PDF on Mac On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file. To protect your document with a password, click Security Options.
To print multiple pages per sheet of paper: In the Layout section, click the Pages per Sheet pop-up menu, then choose the number of pages to appear on each printed page.
