You can add people, groups, or even entire contact groups. If you need to add people from outside your organization, use their email address to invite them as guests. Microsoft Lists is a Microsoft 365 app that helps you track information and organize your work. Lists are simple, smart, and flexible, so you can stay on top of what matters most to your team.
From Microsoft 365: Select App launcher All apps Lists. Tip: If you dont see the Lists app here, use the Search box to search for Lists. Select New list. Choose how you want to create the list: Choose the options for your list, then Create. To add items, select New, fill in the form, and select Save.
In New Teams, Contacts has been replaced by the People app. Use the People app to create, view, and edit contacts.
There are few features that arent available in the current New Outlook for Mac version experience and contact list feature is one of them. The Contact lists feature is still in active development. The workaround is to revert back to legacy one to create a contact list.
In the People app, you can add new contacts, designate contacts as favorites, and add categories to contacts. In Calls. , select View contacts in the top right of Teams. Select Add contact. Type the persons name and select from the dropdown. The Add contact box will appear to allow you to edit their information.
Select a team, select a list, and select Next. Enter a list name. If youd like, also enter a description and choose a color and icon. Select Create.
In the new Teams, you use the People App to create, view, and edit contacts. Note: If you cannot access the People App, you may be using an older version of Teams.
