In this tutorial, Jewel Tolentino shows how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section. Click on the prepare form option, which can be found under the "more tools" tab. Once in prepare form mode, click on the icon with a box and check mark. Customize your checkbox and preview it. You can then click on it to add the checkbox to your form. Remember to double click on the checkbox in edit mode to make any adjustments.
