How to Create Formula Document in Google Chrome

Basic formulas can be used in Google Sheets by selecting the cell where you want the answer to appear and clicking on the fx bar. Formulas can be written and edited here. An example formula is adding up stock by starting with an equals sign, followed by SUM in capital letters, the range of cells to total (e.g. D5:D13), and closing the bracket. If entered correctly, the total will be displayed in the cell, otherwise an error symbol will appear.
