Today's tutorial demonstrates how to add headers and footers to a PDF using DocHub. Open the PDF and access the Edit PDF option under Tools. Select Header and Footer, then add text to the left, center, and right sections. Customize the text, font size, color, and position. Choose to apply the header and footer to all pages or specific ones. Update the changes by clicking OK. Make adjustments to the footer as desired, including color, font size, and margins. Click OK to apply the changes.

That gray space between the two pieces of text at the bottom of the file is not part of the document. Its actually part of docHub Reader, or whichever PDF viewer you use, and its meant to indicate a page break -- in this case a separation between page one and page two.
How to create fillable PDF files: Open Acrobat: Click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document: Acrobat will automatically analyze your document and add form fields. Add new form fields: Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane. Save your fillable PDF:
Select Add Margins and Padding to change or add white spaces. You can define margins to each side of the page Top, Bottom, Left and Right. Once you indicate the preferred margin size (in inches) in every side, a preview of your margin will be shown.
To insert a header or footer into your PDF document: On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Marks group, click the arrow under Header Footer, and select Apply to document. A menu lists all header or footer profiles. Select a profile from the list to apply it to your PDF document.
Create footnotes Place the insertion point where you want the footnote reference number to appear. Choose Type Insert Footnote. Type the footnote text.
Open the PDF document that you would like to edit. On the right-hand side of Acrobat, click Edit PDF. Located on the center of the top edit toolbar, click Header and Footer. If a Header or Footer exists, click Update otherwise click Add. When finished with the Header or Footer, click OK to save the changes.
To insert a line, click the Line icon in the main toolbar. The line toolbar will appear under the editing tools. Click where you want to create the start point and drag to where you want to create the end point, release the mouse button and click OK.
Right-click these text and choose Properties. A Properties window will show on the left, and you can choose the specific number value or click on the up or down icon to customize the line spacing value.
