Today, in this quick tutorial, I will show you how to insert a signature in two different documents. I will first demonstrate a couple of easy ways to quickly add a signature, and then move on to a slightly more complex method. The first method involves opening Paint from the Start menu, where you can easily create a signature using different colors. This method should work on Windows 7, 8, and newer versions of Windows 10.

You can create a digital signature using docHubs e-signature solution. Simply click the review link and opt to digitally sign. From there, select a signature source and name, then sign in to apply your digital signature. Next, you can preview your signature and authenticate it if you are satisfied with how it looks.
Go to the File menu and, under Digital signature, choose Sign existing PDF Choose the file you wish to sign. Libreoffice will open the file in read-only mode, and will give you an additional toolbar that includes the Sign documents button. Click on this button.
With eSignature you can prepare your PDF documents for electronic signature quickly and easily. Upload documents for signature. Drag and drop fields that you need the signer to fill out: name, address, date, initials, signature, etc. Add an email address for the signer and click send.
See how to sign a PDF Open the PDF document and then from the All tools menu, select Fill Sign. Create your signature and initials if not already done. From the Sign panel, select your signature, move over to the field where you want to add it, and then click to place the signature.
Select Annotate PDF from the File menu and select your PDF file to be signed. Click the Image button in the toolbar (it looks like a silhouette of a person) or press Shift+Ctrl+I (that is I for Image). Click on document, and a file browser dialog will open. Select the image of your signature.
Document Cloud is ideal to sign a PDF document in Linux, but if youre using a Mac or Windows computer, you can also consider using PDFelement, which is available for both platforms.
If youre on a smartphone or tablet, open docHub Fill Sign, then go to Fill Sign Create and add your signature to a PDF. If youre using a Windows or Mac computer, open docHub Reader or Acrobat, then go to Tools Fill Sign Sign and add your signature.
