To sign a document with a certificate-based digital signature, you need to obtain a digital ID containing your name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to digitally sign or authenticate documents. Follow the steps to add or create a digital ID by selecting the edit menu, preferences, signatures, and then digital IDs. You can add a digital ID by clicking the add ID button or select an existing digital ID file from your organization. Don't forget to fill in your name, department, organization name, and email address when creating a new self-sign digital ID.
