This video tutorial explains how to create a template in eform Sign by uploading a file and adding fields to it, including signature text. To create a template, go to manage templates, upload a file (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, or image), add/delete signers, specify signer roles, and then start adding fields. Two signers are added in the tutorial - an employee (sender) and a manager (recipient). Fields can be added for each signer by dragging and dropping onto the template and resizing them.
