Creating a Template on iPhone with Text Replacements Open a conversation in your Messages app. Click on the text bar, then touch and hold the smiley face or world symbol. Tap Keyboard Settings, then tap Text Replacement. Tap the plus symbol (+) in the top right of the page.
If you create a document that you want to use again as a model for other documents, you can save it as a template. Creating your own template can be as simple as adding your company logo to an existing template, or you can design a completely new template.
iCloud: Open Pages, and if a document is already open, tap Documents or. at the top of the screen to see all your documents. Tap Browse at the bottom of the screen to see the Locations list, then tap where you want to the template (iCloud Drive or On My iPhone). Tap the template, then tap Add.
Create a basic word-processing document in the top-left corner to go to the document manager. Tap one of the blank templates in the Basic category. To see the templates, you may need to tap Choose a Template first. Start typing.
Print a document Open the document, tap. If the document has smart annotations, comments, or page backgrounds, select whether to include them in the printed document. If no printer is selected, tap Printer. Set the page range, number of copies, and so on, then tap Print at the top of the printer options.
On your iPhone or iPad, open a document in the Google Docs app . Tap Edit . To select a word, double-tap it. Move the blue markers to select more text. Start editing. To undo or redo an action, click Undo or Redo .
How to Control F on an iPhone using Google Docs: Go to the Google Docs app. Open a document. Select More Choose the Find and Replace option. Type the words or phrases youre looking for in the search. Press Search Click on the arrows at the top of the screen to see each time the word or phrase is used.
Save a document as a template Tap. , tap Export, then tap Pages Template. Tap an option: Add to Template Chooser: Your template appears in the My Templates category in the template chooser. Send Template: Choose where you want to send your template, or save it to Files.
