To begin, make sure you are in the prepare form section by clicking on the "prepare form" option in the more tools tab. Once in prepare form mode, locate the checkbox icon and click on it to insert a checkbox into your document. You can customize the checkbox appearance and name it as needed. Preview your changes, and you can then click on the checkbox to see it in action. Remember to switch back to edit mode by double-clicking on the checkbox for further adjustments.
