hi Im Jared from digi store 24 and today I will show you how to create an e-ticket template to do this you need to have already uploaded your e-ticket logo and a ticket image in a previous step as well as added an event location first in the vendor view I go to settings and etickets in my back office then I change to the tab e ticket templates and click on the blue button create a ticket template after Ive specified my name I choose the default layout because there are no conditions of participation for my event in the field header text I enter the text that will be displayed at the top right next to the logo for top text I enter further information which will be displayed under the logo in the next line I enter the event name which will also be displayed on the e tickets in this field I give brief information about the times of my event you will see this information below the event name below I write a short piece of text with which I describe my event this will be displayed in the
