Explanation We add a new column with the heading Image to accommodate the images. Inside each row, under the Image column, we insert an element. The src attribute is used to specify the path of the image file. The alt attribute provides alternative text for the image if it cannot be displayed.
Convert a table to text Select the rows or table you want to convert to text. On the Layout tab, in the Data section, click Convert to Text. In the Convert to Text box, under Separate text with, click the separator character you want to use in place of the column boundaries. Click OK.
Open the Microsoft 365 app on your phone and select Actions Image to Table. Point the camera at the table you need and tap the capture button. The app automatically crops the picture so that only the table is included. If necessary, adjust the crop with the sizing handles around the edges of the image.
Copy data as a picture in Excel Select the cells, or click the chart or object that you want to copy as a picture. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click the arrow next to Copy, then click Copy as Picture.
Take a screenshot of the table, then click Data Data From Picture Picture From Clipboard. Make sure your screenshot only includes the data you want to import.
Use the Paste Special Option Right-click the table and select Cut or Copy. Then, open the Home tab, extend the Paste drop-down menu, and click Paste Special. In the popup window, select Picture (Enhanced Metafile) and click OK. Microsoft Word will now insert the table as an image.
