Stain removing idea #2 Our friend Bicarb Soda Make a paste of 4 Tbs. baking soda and 1/4 cup of warm water. Rub the baking soda paste into the stain. Let it sit for 2-3 hours. Apply a few drops of full strength laundry detergent and massage. Chuck it in the washing machine.
Try salt. It has strong dehydrating properties, which means it can absorb water and blood and act as a super stain remover. You just need to make a paste of salt and cold water and apply it on the period-stained area. Let it soak for several hours, if not overnight, before throwing it in the laundry as usual.
A: We recommend letting the cover soak or sit with a stain remover such as OxiClean to help lift any stains. If the stain is still lingering you can mix up a 1:10 ration of lemon juice and water and apply it to the stained area, then letting it sit directly in sunlight for 2-3 hours, then washing as directed.
Throw some baking soda onto it and use a toothbrush to scrub the denimyoull notice that the spot will begin to fade. If the stain is being stubborn, put dish detergent onto it, scrub it in with a toothbrush, let it sit for 10 minutes. Wash on a normal cycle.
Fabric paints are perfect for hiding a stain whether you use liquid paint and a brush or spray fabric paint and a stencil.
Using rubbing alcohol or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, place the garment on a towel and saturate the stain. Then apply Tide Plus Bleach directly to the stain, gently rubbing before allowing it to sit for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water and repeat if necessary, then machine wash as you normally would.
Best thing to do is to cover the stain with the appropriate primer, then touch up the spot with the paint you have left over from when the room was done. It will most likely be obvious that it was touched up, even with the same paint from the same can as it will be fresh compared to whats been on the wall.
Just rock them as they are. You could sew a patch over them. You could emphasize the stain with some embroidery, making it a focal point.
