Open the PDF you wish to redact in docHub. Choose Redact Under the Tools Tab. Choose Tools Redact under the Protect and Standardize section. Pick Your Redaction Type. You can effectively hide text by moving it to another document, then inserting a link in the original document. For example, you want to hide the details of the deprecated version, but still make them available if desired.

Click on the Editing dropdown menu at the top. Choose the Viewing option. This locks the entire document, preventing any edits.
