hi this is Gunner Thorne with onlinefilestorage.com and today I would like to show you how to center Microsoft Word documents on widescreen monitors for this video I am using Windows 7 and Microsoft Word 2010. the easiest way to Center documents is to click on view up here at the top and then click on web layout and then click on print layout this will Center the document on any large widescreen monitor the second option is to click on Zoom and then slowly increase the zoom percentage until the little preview window shows your document being centered for my computer this happens at 112 percent and I can click on OK and it will automatically Center the document the one downside to this technique is that the text can become quite large on big monitors so for that reason I prefer to use the first option which is once again to click on view up here at the top click on web layout and then click on print layout
