Well, one way to do that is you could create a new address label sheet in Microsoft Word, and you could go through, and you could copy and paste each address into one of the labels and then you could print it out. But that sounds really painful and thatamp;#39;s also going to take a long time. Today Iamp;#39;m going to show you how you can use mail merge in Word to greatly simplify that task. Set page numbers for mirrored margins Double-click the footer area of a right hand page. At the top, the Header Footer Tools tab appears. Under DESIGN, click Different Odd Even Pages. Click Page Number Bottom of Page, and then click Plain Number 3. In the footer, select the new page number.
From the Header Footer Ribbon menu, click Insert Date or Insert Time. You can also insert the Page Number, Number of Pages, File Path, File Name and Sheet Name.
