You can find the gif studio extension by going to the Creative Cloud Desktop app, clicking on stock and marketplace, and then clicking on plugins. And you can go over here to the search box, just type in gif and that should bring it right up. Here we are. It is Gif Studio. So thatamp;#39;s how you can find it. I will leave a direct link to this gif studio plugin in the description down. As well as a link to the video from the creator of the plugin explaining some of the basics. Important update: As of Spring 2021, the option of having a Facebook cover video has been removed. You can still have a static image or a slideshow with multiple images as your Facebook cover.
You cannot directly upload a GIF to your Facebook profile picture. Instead, Facebook allows you to set an animated seven-second clip as your profile picture that will keep getting looped thereby showcasing it as a GIF. But Facebook only allows you to do so on Facebooks mobile app.

Facebook. Facebook does not support uploading a GIF directly but you can upload it to a site like Giphy, Screencast.com, your website, or blog and paste the URL into your Facebook post (make sure the URL ends in . gif). The GIF will not animate in the compose view but will animate once posted.
Use a GIF editor to put a picture on a GIF. A great tool to use is Kapwing, the online video, image, and GIF editor. Using Kapwing, you can add a picture to a GIF on any device, including the iPhone, Android, MacOS, Windows PC, and many more. Simply upload your GIF or picture and drag and drop the picture onto the GIF.
Head over to your profile and hover over your existing profile image. Click the camera icon labeled Update Profile Picture. Here, you have the option to upload a photo or video, which includes GIFs. Choose the Upload Photo/Video option and browse your device for the freshly prepared GIF.
To make images overlay GIFs, make sure the still image has a transparent background so the GIF can show through it. If the background isnt transparent, you can separate the subject from the background.
Unfortunately, Facebook does not currently allow users to use GIFs as headers for profiles or pages. However, there are a few alternatives you can try: Use a static image: Instead of a GIF, you can use a static image as your header.
