Oelect the Zoom tool and click on the image to get a better view of the area you want to work on. Select the Spot Healing Brush and adjust the size and hardness to cover the object you want to remove. Cet the brush options to Content-Aware and Sample All Layers. Click or drag over a problem area to clean it up.
Here are the steps in more detail: Create a New Blank Layer. Creating a new blank layer will allow you to work non-destructively. Enable the Spot Healing Brush Tool. Find the Spot Healing Brush icon on your toolbar (highlighted below) and click on it. Adjust the Tool Settings. Adjust the Brush Settings. Remove the Blemish.
