start off with a raw piece of pine wood that we cut down to size and then we send it down uh to smooth it out so that we can prep it uh for the painting stage and then here we are painting the board uh we painted a with a base color uh we give it a base color of black and this allows us to give it that nice distressed uh look afterwards so we start off with a base color and then we give it the top color which is the the color that you get to choose when when you place your order on our website whether itamp;#39;s a colonial red aqua green seafoam green or whatever and then after itamp;#39;s dried up uh we send it down and as you can see here the black begins to show through the painted color and it uh this is what it looks like after itamp;#39;s been painted all right so now we we apply our stencil here onto the sign and then we begin the painting of the lettering uh we letter the sign with the last name and first name of the couple in this particular design the sign has a heart in
