whats up fit fam welcome back to the channel so i know its been a minute since ive given you a neat update and that was on purpose so ive been kind of waiting for answers that just werent really coming in i didnt have anything to tell you and i didnt really have anything concrete that made sense because a lot of it doesnt still make sense to me so well just go ahead and dive in ill explain it the best i can its not gonna make any sense at all so basically im just going to give you a random piece of info and you can do with it what you will so next month july 25th i will be going back in for knee surgery so before i jump into the who what where when and why of this upcoming knee surgery im going to take you back to last year last march when i had my bone graft surgery if you guys remember in my previous videos i explained that my bone graft surgery was a two-part surgery so first they go in they clean out the knee itself and then they replace the missing bone with a graft-

To clean the inside, fill the bottle about a third to half full of luke-warm water (a small funnel helps), add a tablespoon of detergent, a few spoonfulls of kitty litter, and shake vigorously for several minutes. Wait, and do it again.
