Ink stains can often be removed from cotton (and many other fabrics, too) using chemicals you probably have around the house. You can start by spraying the stain with a short burst of hairspray; this will start loosening the stain.
Start by applying the alcohol-based hand sanitizer gel to the stain, letting it soak in for a few minutes. Next, apply Clorox Bleach Pen Gel directly to the stain and rub it in using the soft scrubber tip, and then wash immediately in hot water using detergent + cup Clorox Regular-Bleach₂ with CLOROMAX.
Getting ink stains out of cotton/chenille/corduroy Step 1: Spray alcohol-based cleaner on the stain. Step 2: Soak in a vinegar and laundry detergent solution. Step 3: Rinse and dry. Step 4: For stronger stains, dab with alcohol.
Mist enough clear, unscented hairspray onto the stain to saturate it. Hairspray contains alcohol, which helps to lift ink. Instead of hairspray, you can dab rubbing alcohol or unscented, clear nail polish remover onto the stain, using a cotton ball.
Alcohol-based solvents, soap, and rubbing alcohol or water are common methods to remove pen ink from comforters. In addition, nail polish remover, vinegar-water solution, detergent, lemon juice, or chlorine bleach are other options.
Both nail polish remover (acetone) and rubbing alcohol (isopropanol) are able to pull most common inks away from paper in minutes. Similarly, a non-polar dye would require a non-polar solvent (e.g. toluene or a similar hydrocarbon).

Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol is commonly used to remove ink stains. So you can apply it to any paper youre trying to erase the ink from. If you only have a small amount of ink to erase, use a cotton swab. If you want to erase most of the ink from a page, soak the paper in a small washing tray for 5 minutes.
