hey allamp;#39; here is my layout for this tutorial of creating a border around your page I had a note I was going through my notes trying to decide on what tutorial to do next and I actually had a note to do this tutorial and I thought to myself I donamp;#39;t think Iamp;#39;ve ever done it um and when I was first learning to uh digital scrapbook I um remember trying to to do this and it seems so difficult but itamp;#39;s actually really easy and uh so um here we go weamp;#39;re in Photoshop Elements 13 Works in all versions weamp;#39;re going to show at the end of this uh doing the same thing in the full version of Photoshop so um Iamp;#39;m going to go down and uh turn off my layers so we can recreate it and uh youamp;#39;re going to go to the shape tool now you can use use any shape you want you can use the rectangular tool of course I mean you can use the circle tool if you want but um I um am using the rounded rectangular and Iamp;#39;ve got my radius at about 88 pixels
