iamp;#39;m gonna show you one of my favorite free fonts inside of vs code all right so here is vs code very boring with the default font so to be able to update this you can go into the settings with the gear icon in the lower left then you can search for font family and that will take you to exactly the property youamp;#39;re looking for then you just type in the name of the font in this case this is cascadia code which is free it looks awesome you can see this looks a lot better than the default theme and it also comes with font ligature so notice this arrow right here we can change this to enable font ligatures by updating that setting to true inside of vs code then we go back to our code and we can see that we get this fancy arrow icon instead of two separate characters we also get if we scroll down a bit we get the triple equals which looks kind of cool too so itamp;#39;s a quick way to take your vs code setup to the next level with a cool free font in cascadia code
