hey iamp;#39;m kayla and i work on windows terminal but i actually own a font called cascadia code that has those programming ligatures that you mentioned in this comment so letamp;#39;s see how you turn those on in vs code so here i have some symbols that are commonly used together that can actually combine to form ligatures so to make these into ligatures and vs code i can open my settings.json file by using the command palette and then edit this setting editor dot font ligatures and change this to true and when i do this i will actually enable ligatures to appear in my editor so here my text has now become lectures and i can add new ones as i type as well so youamp;#39;ll need a font that has programming ligatures inside of it i recommend cascadia code this is new from microsoft and it ships inside windows terminal
