hey guys for the last couple weeks Iamp;#39;ve been getting fair amount of emails about how I start and how I lay out my stripes on the straight flag Iamp;#39;m gonna throw a video together um just kind of showing you how I start out at the bottom and just where I lay out my unions I believe thatamp;#39;s where a lot of the confusion is coming in um it wonamp;#39;t be a very long video but hopefully itamp;#39;ll help you guys out okay guys so when I lay this these flags out you see Iamp;#39;ve already got this one all laid out with my masking tape I donamp;#39;t measure anything um but I I did grab my tape measure just to give you guys an idea of how I laid laid this one out I always start right here I always start with the red stripe on the outside but I donamp;#39;t want I donamp;#39;t like the full width because it kind of messes these end Stripes up so I just come in a little bit and I eyeball it but if youamp;#39;re wondering I came in about an inch and a half on this si

Traditional guidelines call for displaying the flag in public only from sunrise to sunset. However, the flag may be displayed at all times if its illuminated during darkness.
Whoever knowingly mutilates, defaces, physically defiles, burns, maintains on the floor or ground, or tramples upon any flag of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
