wow my paper looks great one last thing we need to do is update the table of contents this is really easy because we used an automatic an automatic table of contents I go back to my table of contents and I just select it once and then I click on it again to make it highlight the other commands that I can use with it and now thereamp;#39;s an option that says update table if I was to go back to the references tab youamp;#39;ll see that in table of contents there is also an update table button there too or I can just do it from here in the document just click on the button and it ask me if I want to update the table of contents only the page numbers or the entire table if it was just the page numbers that have changed I can use it uh this way and just click on okay or if I had added new pages and new sections then I can choose update entire table or I can just choose update entire table hit okay and now I see that my work cited is also listed right at the end here so thatamp;#

Delete a date and time field Open the table in Datasheet View. Locate the Date/Time or Date/Time Extended field, right-click the header row (the name), and click Delete Field. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
To change the date format in Word: Select the date field. Press [Alt] + F9 to reveal the field coding or, right-click on the field and choose the Toggle Field Code option. Edit the field by inserting the date-time format switch \@ to the end of the field. Press [Alt] + F9 again.
On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Date Time. In the Date and time dialog box, select the format you want. Select the Update automatically check box.
You can run the Document Inspector on the document (File Info Check for Issues Document Inspector) and choose to remove document properties and personal information.
Or, if you absolutely want to use the Insert Date tool, select the date (after it is inserted) and press Ctrl+Shift+F9. This unlinks the field, essentially converting it to static textmeaning the date wont change in the future.
Answer: In Microsoft Word select Insert, Date and Time from the menu bar. Select the appropriate date format and click OK. Unmark the Update Automatically checkbox.
On the Review tab, go to Changes. Do one of the following: In the Accept drop-down list, select Accept All Changes. In the Reject drop-down list, select Reject All Changes.
