Two ways to view comments When you select a comment, a border appears around it and its position is closer to the page. This contextual view hides all resolved comments so you can focus on active comments. To view all comments, including all resolved comments, open the Comments pane by clicking Comments in the ribbon.
How do you delete all resolved comments in a document? MS Word has the option but it seems like it is missing from Writer. You can hide resolved comments by unticking menu item View Resolved Comments.
The first step is to open Microsoft word, and Click Review. Click Delete dropdown at the top of the page. Click Delete All Resolved Comments.

Open your document in Microsoft Word. Go to the Review tab at the top. In the Comments section, select the Show Markup dropdown menu. Uncheck the Comments option to hide all comments in your document.
Right-click somewhere on the cell and select either show or hide the comment. Alternatively, click the review tab to open the commenting tools and click the show/hide comments. If you want to show all the comments in the workbook, click the Review tab and then the Show All Comments button.
