I feel great when I take the time to journal but I could not keep up with carrying one of these around with me so I figured out a different method thatamp;#39;s worked really well for me instead of carrying around this mole skin I created a single dock in Google Docs that serves as my journal for the entire year I list the date as an H2 heading then type whateveramp;#39;s on my mind below that and then insert a horizontal line at the end of the day I keep inserting new dates at the top I found this super easy to keep up with because I have the Google Doc on my laptop my iPad my iPhone so whenever I have a thought Iamp;#39;m easily able to record it
